Internet Orders
All orders placed via the website will be shipped within 48 hours maximum if the products are available, and within 7 working days if the products require re-production.
This delivery time includes the time to manufacture and prepare the package, to which must be added a delivery time of approximately 2 to 3 days for mainland France, and approximately 6 to 10 days for other countries.
We disclaim all liability in the event of a delay in delivery attributable to the carrier and/or the previous conditions.
Each order is prepared and shipped upon receipt of payment.

Price of products & services
All our prices are net including tax excluding transport costs. They can be changed at any time without notice and will count as such at the time of validation of the order.

All our promotions and sales are only valid on products displayed in stock.
All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. For any delivery outside Metropolitan France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Inventory management
Our stocks are automatically updated until the verification phase of your order. However, exclusively during the online payment phase, 2 simultaneous orders may induce stock changes.
We are not responsible for any stock errors that may result.
